CNC Milling – Our core process. Complex shapes, cutouts, profiles and contours, from one-offs to series and from simple milling to 3-dimensional work.
Drilling, Tapping & Thread Inserts – Precision holes at exact positions, in any diameter, including thread tapping and thread inserts.
Finishing – Post-processing for a clean, tidy surface finish, machine or manual.
CAD Design – No drawing? We translate your sketch or idea into a production-ready CAD file.
Gluing & Welding – Gluing of acrylic, polycarbonate, PET-G and PVC. Hot-air welding, extrusion welding and mirror welding of HDPE, PP and PVC. We have the equipment on hand for mirror welding of HDPE and PP sheets up to 4 metres wide, up to a thickness of 30mm.

Our CNC Machine
Cosign X500H
To help our customers with quality milling, we invested in a CNC nesting machine from Cosign. We chose the most powerful variant available.
Our CNC machine features a 5kW milling spindle, a vacuum table measuring 4200x2050mm, and a fully automatic tool changer with 10 positions, an oil mist lubrication system and automatically controlled dust extraction. This allows us to machine almost any material, from soft Forex® sheets to rock-hard HPL Trespa® panels. Even non-ferrous metals such as aluminium and brass are no challenge for this machine!
