Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
These terms and conditions apply to all quotes, orders and agreements between PMC Solutions BV (hereinafter "we" or "PMC Solutions") and its customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1. Quotes
Our quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly indicated otherwise. A quote becomes binding once the customer confirms it in writing (or by email).
2. Customer-supplied material
If the customer chooses to supply their own material for machining, this is done at the customer's own risk. PMC Solutions checks the supplied material for visible defects but is not liable for hidden material defects that affect the machining or the final result.
3. Delivery & lead time
Stated lead times are indicative and non-binding, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Exceeding the lead time does not entitle the customer to compensation or termination of the agreement, except in case of gross negligence on the part of PMC Solutions.
4. Prices & payment
Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date, unless stated otherwise on the invoice. In case of non-payment by the due date, late payment interest of 10% per year on the outstanding amount is due automatically and without notice of default, plus a fixed compensation of 10% of the invoice amount with a minimum of €50.
5. Retention of title
Delivered goods remain the property of PMC Solutions until full payment of the agreed price, including any costs and interest. Risk, however, transfers to the customer upon delivery.
6. Complaints & warranty
Complaints about the delivery or the work delivered must be reported in writing within 8 days of delivery. After this period, the delivery is deemed accepted. Visible defects must be reported at the time of delivery itself.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the liability of PMC Solutions is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order. PMC Solutions is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit.
8. Force majeure
In the event of force majeure (e.g. material shortages, machine breakdown, fire, accidents), PMC Solutions is entitled to suspend performance of the agreement, without this giving rise to any claim for compensation.
9. Intellectual property
Drawings, designs or technical specifications supplied by the customer remain the property of the customer. PMC Solutions uses them solely for the execution of the relevant order.
10. Governing law & disputes
Belgian law applies to all agreements with PMC Solutions. In the event of disputes, only the courts of the judicial district where PMC Solutions is established have jurisdiction.
11. Changes
PMC Solutions reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most recent version can always be consulted on this page.
