Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
PMC Solutions BV ("we", "us") is committed to handling the personal data of our visitors and customers with care. This privacy policy explains what data we collect when you use our website, why we collect it, and what rights you have. This policy applies to the website pmcsolutions.be.
1. Who is responsible for your data?
PMC Solutions BV, based at Industriestraat 29 (unit 3), 8755 Wingene, Belgium, is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. If you have questions about this, please contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
2. What data do we collect?
We only collect data that you actively provide to us, mainly through the quote request form on our website. Depending on what you fill in, this may include:
- Name and company name
- Email address and phone number
- Address details (if provided)
- The content of your request: project description, desired material, quantity, and any files you attach (e.g. DXF, STEP or PDF drawings)
3. Cookies
This website does not place tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not collect data about your browsing behaviour. On your first visit, a banner appears asking whether we may load Google Fonts (external fonts). If you agree, your IP address is sent to Google to retrieve these fonts. If you decline, the site uses standard system fonts and nothing is sent to Google.
Your choice is remembered locally in your browser (via localStorage, a technique similar to a cookie), so the question doesn't reappear on every visit. More details are available in our cookie policy.
4. What do we use this data for?
We use the data you submit through the quote request form solely to:
- review and respond to your request;
- provide you with a quote or price estimate;
- if needed, contact you regarding the further handling of your project.
We do not use your data for marketing purposes unless you have explicitly given us permission to do so.
5. Do we share your data with third parties?
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. For the technical processing of our contact form, we use the service FormSubmit.co, which receives the data you submit and forwards it to us by email. This party acts as a data processor and has no independent right to use your data.
6. How long do we keep your data?
We keep the data from your request for as long as necessary to handle it and, if a business relationship results, for as long as relevant to that relationship and any applicable legal retention periods (e.g. accounting). Afterwards, the data is deleted or anonymised.
7. What are your rights?
You always have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. You may also object to the processing of your data. To exercise any of these rights, simply send an email to the address below.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example when our operations or applicable regulations change. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last updated.
